与传统压机使用橡胶 / 树脂做为压底模具不同，本机采用新型软性材料将被加工物料全方位包裹，避免移位、错位，避免打皱、压合不到位等问题，各各弧度、边缘、花纹等位都可以均匀压到。鞋面上的装饰品可以在不被破坏的情况下可压出完美效果，而且还不会影响压力测试结果。
使用气动增压技术，使用两级液压分离技术，工作介质与液压站高压油隔离，压力控制精确；相比传统的同类机器节省 95% 能耗。简化传统压力使用时的繁琐的工序，无须更换模具、一次成型，工作效率提高 50% 以上。
Funciton And Specialty
No need to press the bottom mold
All kinds of shoes do not need the sole pressing mould, which saves the cost; in the pressing process, it does not need to dismantle the mould frequently, which improves the overall production capacity and quality, and reduces the workload of operators.
Step up pressure and smooth pressure curve
The machine adopts high-precision pressure sensing device, with programmable controller to accurately control the pressure; when pressurizing, the pressure is gradually increased in the way of subsection pressurization, effectively reducing the surface wrinkle, deformation and other problems of processed materials.
Different from the traditional press using rubber / resin as the bottom pressing mold, this machine uses new soft materials to wrap the processed materials in an all-round way, so as to avoid displacement, dislocation, wrinkling, incomplete pressing and other problems. Each radian, edge and pattern can be pressed evenly. The decorations on the vamp can press out the perfect effect without being damaged, and will not affect the pressure test results.
Energy saving and high efficiency
Using pneumatic supercharging technology and two-stage hydraulic separation technology, the working medium is isolated from the high-pressure oil in the hydraulic station, and the pressure control is accurate; compared with the traditional similar machines, the energy consumption is reduced by 95%. Simplify the tedious process of traditional pressure, without changing the mold, one-time molding, work efficiency increased by more than 50%.
